kelemahan dan kendala manajemen tata kota terletak pada sistem politik yang ada. selalu akan terjadi; ganti pemimpin (wali kota/bupati) maka akan berganti pula wajah kota. manajemen kota pun tidak bisa lepas dari perilaku politisasi! bahkan untuk ukuran Indonesia (termasuk Bali), politisasi manajemen kota selalu mengabaikan nilai historis dari sebuah wilayah/kota.
