The Community Needed the Political Contract
The party of democracy in Indonesia, was good for chose the president/the Vice President and the representatives dear that will sit in the seat legeslatif, increasingly approached. The sign gong of the commencement of the campaign period then was carried. The sweet mask of the politicians was ascertained always loyal accompanied and was in the middle of the community.
In a lay manner, we definitely were convinced this not was free from their efforts to gain the sympathy of the community, with the destiny chose they inside “the struggle” actual. This view adhered correctly in our community. Moreover cynically, their existence was then mentioned with politicians's term entered the village! What the meaning behind this phenomenon?
If wanting to have again mirrors, apparently was gotten by the history wound that still was having results in the community against the world that (it seems) was full of this intrigue. Then afterwards, came to the forefront the nonvoting group's term in the middle of the community as the form of the other reaction post “the pinning” the predicate on the existence of the politicians in this building of nation civilisation.
The big potential for the nonvoting group in the party of forthcoming democracy indeed showed his sign. The community began to be sultry with various hope that came to the forefront will gaze at the party of the people this coming 2009. For me, there was one method of minimising the potential for the nonvoting group that will happen; obliged the leader pocketed “certificate” from the people through the political contract that became the agreement together with the strong legal base, definitely between the candidates and his voter's community. Then any that became the point in the political contract?
Firstly, the prospective leader or the representative of the people was chosen must be prepared/could fill the basic right of the community to get education, the health and the appropriate work. Secondly, the prospective leader or the representative of the people was chosen must be able to bring the change that was significant in order to improve welfare of the community evenly. And that was last, the prospective dreamer or the representative of the people was chosen must be ready to retreat if could not fill points that were included in the political contract, that was agreed to.
In the condition for the community, the existence of the political contract to become something that was very important to cultivate (came back) the community's belief. Cultivated the community's belief in someone, that will be sent the message by the people. Through this method, it is hoped the community's participation in one of the parts this democracy will grow as main capital in the development of this nation. I believed in this of my conviction would the Indonesian progress by the touch of his nation children personally.
